UK Delivery

Reliable, trouble-free UK delivery is an important part of our service. Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Once your order has been wrapped and is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day**, helping everything run as smoothly as possible.

The timeframes below are estimates. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your timeframe.

Dispatch Times

Stocked Product Orders (SPO) are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 working days of the order being placed.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products (MTO) typically require a lead time of approximately three weeks.

Transit Times

Parcel deliveries: Usually sent on a next working day service (some larger packages are 2 days)
Pallet deliveries: 1–2 working days

Packaging

We take great care in preparing all orders, using strong, durable packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. Courier-related damage is extremely rare.

Our parcel packaging primarily consists of recycled cardboard, with polystyrene inserts added to heavier products for additional protection. Each parcel is reinforced with tensioned nylon strapping to help maintain stability during transit.

Damaged Deliveries

Parcels: Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
Pallets: Must be reported upon receipt

Standard delivery is weekdays only. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost — please contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.
