Getting your order to you in perfect condition and trouble free is an important part of our service, once an order is wrapped we will phone to arrange a suitable delivery day**, this ensures everything goes as smoothly as possible.
The timeframes provided below are estimates. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your timeframe.

- Stocked Product Orders (SPO)
Stocked items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 working days of the order being placed.
- Made-to-Order and Bespoke Custom Products (MTO)
Made-to-order items typically require a lead time of three weeks.

Packages are usually sent on a next working day service, some larger packages are 2 days.
Pallet deliveries are 1-2 working days

Packaging
We take great care in preparing all orders, using durable packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. Courier-related damage is extremely rare. Our parcel packaging primarily consists of recycled cardboard, with polystyrene inserts added to heavier products for additional protection. Each parcel is reinforced with tensioned nylon strapping to maintain stability during transit

Standard delivery is for weekdays only, Saturday deliveries can be arranged but cost more, please contact us for a quotes before purchasing, Package Delivery is a next day service
Damaged deliveries
Packages- Must be reported within 24h of receipt.
Pallets- Must be reported upon receipt,
